According to Slater Menswear, who analyzed the top 300 “most talked about” wedding venues in the UK, Holme’s venue is the third venue in the UK by number of Instagram hashtags with 1,313 hashtags. South Farm in Royston came in first place with 4,833 hashtags and Hengrave Hall in Suffolk came a distant second with 2,376 hashtags.
It’s not hard to see why Holmewood came out so high. Surrounded by parkland, gardens and frequently manicured lawns, you can take in breathtaking views of the lake and the abundance of greenery. Character features and intricate period pieces really are the perfect backdrop for a romantic wedding.

You have the option of holding your ceremony in the magnificent Gold Room which has a 50 foot long aisle and an 18k gold ceiling. Or, for those who wish to get married in nature, the bandstand offers a unique setting amidst pristine grounds.
