Not Just Gin is a premium mobile Horsebox bar. We support start-up distillers who work to reduce waste and protect our planet. Partnering with unique suppliers means that no ounce of detail is lost in production ensuring top quality drinks and makes us the perfect plus one for any event.
Not Just Gin was created by the three of us; Lizi, Chris and Sophie. Having started our careers in the corporate world in London, we took the plunge and decided to start our own business using our complementary skills and experiences, selling our favourite thing – alcohol, from a very unique bar, the Not Just Gin horsebox.
We searched long and hard and eventually found just the right person to help us convert a neglected 1970’s Rice Beaufort horse trailer into a fabulous, versatile bar.
During this mission, it dawned on us how many fantastic start up companies are out there, that sometimes don’t get the recognition or appreciation that other larger companies do. We made it our first principle that Not Just Gin will work with and support start up companies whenever possible. As a result the quality of our services as well as the relationships we have built have been extraordinary.
Not Just Gin is a horse box bar that still has all its wonderful original quirky features but the exterior has been modified to include three serving hatches and the interior now has beautifully crafted wooden bars creating a vintage theme.
The main bar has all the necessary amenities including running hot and cold water, a double fridge and separate freezer and is fully insured to cater for any event.
We offer a bespoke menu service for each event, where we can work with you to fulfil any specific requests.
